Our Android APK requires Android 7.0 or later. If your device runs Android 6.0 or below, use the web app instead via your browser. For iPhone and iPad, iOS 12.0 or later is recommended; Safari is the standard browser for iOS access. On desktop and tablets, any modern browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) supports our responsive web app. We do not restrict device type—compatibility is determined by operating system version and browser capabilities rather than device brand or model.
Common Installation Issues and Solutions
If you see "Unknown sources" or "Install from unknown sources" warning on Android, this is expected when installing an APK file directly rather than through the Play Store. To proceed, go to Settings → Apps → Special app access (or Security, depending on your Android version) and enable "Unknown sources" or "Install unknown apps" for your file manager. If installation fails after enabling this, ensure you have at least 100MB of free storage space and that your device's security software is not blocking the installation. For iOS users, if visa88 does not load properly in Safari, clear your browser cache (Settings → Safari → Clear History and Website Data) and refresh. If the web app feels slow on any device, ensure your internet connection is stable and that you are not running excessive background applications.
Data, Permissions, and Account Security
The visa88 app requests permissions to access your device's file system (for APK installation only), internet connection (to communicate with our servers), and optionally your notification permissions (for match alerts and withdrawal notifications).
